During each scheme, you’ll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in at least two practice areas, working with your supervisor and collaborating closely with a fellow trainee buddy. By participating in our Vacation Scheme, you’ll automatically assessed for our Training Contract – a potentially transformative beginning.

Throughout the scheme, you’ll forge connections that could be key to building your career. Alongside your supervisor and buddy, you’ll engage with our teams through workshops, formal networking sessions, and social events.

We understand that taking time away for a Vacation Scheme can present challenges. That’s why we offer additional support, including covering child-care costs, providing a competitive salary, and offering accommodation for eligible candidates.
