- Fleet Trustees Limited is an English limited company with registration number 03286137. It is wholly owned by Dentons UK and Middle East LLP.
- Dentons UK and Middle East Overseas Services Limited is an English limited company with registration number 03391110.
Dentons Risk Consulting LLP is a limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales with registered number OC427789. It is a separate business to Dentons UK and Middle East LLP but is jointly owned by wholly owned subsidiaries of Dentons UK and Middle East LLP. Dentons Risk Consultancy LLP is not regulated by the Solicitors’ Regulation Authority and nor are the service it provides. The responsibility for the provision of services is defined in terms of engagement between Dentons Risk Consultancy LLP and its clients.
Dentons Risk Consultancy LLP is registered for Value Added Tax in the United Kingdom (registration number 100 1095 89).
Dentons Risk Consultancy LLP has professional indemnity insurance cover.

England & Wales: If you are not satisfied with how we have dealt with your complaint, you have the right to refer your complaint to the Legal Ombudsman. You can write to the Legal Ombudsman at PO Box 15870, Birmingham, B30 9EB, or contact the Ombudsman by email (enquiries@legalombudsman.org.uk) or phone (0300 555 0333). If you decide to refer your complaint to the Legal Ombudsman, you must make the referral within six months of your last contact with us. In the case of a bill, you may have the right to apply to the court for an assessment under Part III of the Solicitors Act 1974.
Scotland: You have a right to raise with the Scottish Legal Complaints Commission (SLCC) any concerns not dealt with to your satisfaction by the Firm’s internal complaints procedure. You can refer a matter to the SLCC online or in writing but you need to do so within twelve months of the date your matter completed or legal services ended. In addition, clients in Scotland who are unhappy with their bill have the right to have the file audited by the Auditor of Court in a process called Taxation.
The providers of the compulsory professional indemnity insurance for the Practices owned (wholly or in part) or controlled (directly or indirectly) by Dentons UK and Middle East LLP are Beazley Group and others c/o Marsh Limited, Tower Place, Lower Thames Street, London EC3R 5BU.
Dentons records and stores emails sent to us or our Practices in keeping with our internal policies and procedures.
Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013: If you have instructed us as an individual to act for you in your personal capacity, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a fourteen day cooling-off period during which you may decide to cancel your contract with us.
