How it Works

University isn’t for everyone. Don’t let anyone tell you it is. If you want to train to become a solicitor, you just need a spot on our Solicitor Apprenticeship scheme. You’ll start working towards your LLB university degree alongside your day job too. No student debt. No eye-watering loans. Just an opportunity to learn and build your career. The six-year programme combines eight seats of work-based learning in our London office and part-time study with BPP University.

We take apprentices in our London and Milton Keynes offices.

What support will I have?

Training will take various forms during your six-year programme. On the job learning, training courses and supervisor support are just part of this. You won’t be alone on your journey. Your support network will comprise a supervisor, a Human Resources Manager, a Personal Tutor and a Student Manager. Pass all assessments and you’ll be admitted to the Roll of Solicitors, subject to the SRA’s usual checks of fitness to practice. Once you get to this point, we’ll discuss our available roles. We want to keep hold of our apprentices when they qualify, and we’ll do what we can to make that possible.
