In 2025 we are launching our Business Services Apprenticeship Programme in our Glasgow and Edinburgh offices.  The programme will initially welcome apprentices in two teams: Innovation and Finance.

Over the course of four years, Dentons Business Services Apprentices will have the unique opportunity to integrate academic learning with real-world professional experience, as they work towards completing their degree.

Business Services Apprentice Key Facts:

• Four year programme
• Designed for school leavers

• Starting salary: £23,000

We are eager to retain our Apprentices at the end of the programme into a more senior role at Dentons to continue shaping the future of law. This could be the start of something big!

We are seeking an Apprentice to join our Innovation Team in reshaping the future of law and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.

As an Apprentice within Dentons Innovation Team, you will be enrolled in a Data Science and AI Graduate Apprenticeship. Over the four-year programme you will work four days a week in our Scottish offices and study one day per week towards your degree.

By the end of the programme, you will have earned a Data Science BSc (Hons) degree, complemented by four years’ worth of practical, technical, and professional experience.

We are seeking an Accountancy Apprentice to join our Finance Team in Glasgow.

As an Apprentice within Dentons Finance Team, you will be enrolled in an Accountancy Graduate Apprenticeship. Over the four-year programme you will work four days a week in our Scottish offices and study one day per week towards your degree. This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to bridge academic learning with real-world application in a dynamic and specialized field.

By the end of the programme, you will have earned Masters Accountancy degree,  your Accountancy professional qualifications, complemented by four years’ worth of practical, technical, and professional experience.

The apprenticeships have been designed for school leavers with a keen interest in Accountancy or Innovation. Someone who wants to work in a fast-paced and forward-thinking environment. You’ll need to have strong problem-solving skills and a desire to learn and grow. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds, and encourage you to bring your unique experiences and ambitions

Eligibility requirements:

• Highers: BBBB (or equivalent)
• No existing undergraduate degree
• Ready to start in August 2025

Innovation requirements:

• Glasgow or Edinburgh based
• Higher in Maths or Data Science

Accounting requirements:

• Glasgow based
• Higher in Maths or Accounting
