Vacation Scheme
We are thrilled to announce the launch of our inaugural Dublin Vacation Scheme in Summer 2025.
This two-week scheme offers candidates the unique opportunity to immerse themselves in the life of a commercial lawyer at one of our fastest-growing offices in the region.
OUR DUBLIN VACATION SCHEME
During the scheme, you will have the opportunity to experience at least two practice areas, working with your supervisor and collaborating closely with your team. We’re committed to offering you a genuine taste of life at Dentons, and you’ll be entrusted with real responsibilities to match.
The two-week scheme includes:
- Two rotations across our key practice areas including our Corporate, Banking, Property and Disputes Teams
- Lunch & Learns: Meet our Innovation, Responsible Business, Talent Development and Pro Bono Teams to get an inside look at how we’re shaping the future of law
- Networking and social events: Build valuable connections through our firm-wide events and networking sessions with professionals at various stages of their careers
- Exposure to real work: Dive into meaningful tasks and projects providing you with hands-on experience
DEVELOPMENT
Our schemes are designed to serve as the initial steps in your professional journey, equipping you with the essential tools for success.
Throughout the scheme, you will establish valuable connections that could be key to building your future career. You will not only work closely with your assigned supervisor and team but also engage with the wider firm through a series of interactive workshops, networking opportunities, and social gatherings, all designed to enhance your professional network and contribute to your growth in the legal field.
By participating in our Vacation Scheme, you will automatically be assessed for our Trainee Solicitor Programme. Your performance over the two-week scheme, together with a final interview where you will have the chance to reflect on your experience, will form the basis of this decision.
This could be a transformative beginning to your career in commercial law.
